At the World Hair Institute, we don’t strive for “good enough” we aspire to be life-changing for our clients’. Our standards and methods allow us to transform thinning, fragile hair and restore hair loss with our unique techniques and hair replacement systems.
I also want to share how incredibly impressed I have been by the level of customer service you Kinise, Brenda and Mette have provided. Both Brenda and Mette have been incredibly patient and thoughtful with my questions — this is a totally new venture for me, and a big personal investment, and I appreciate the help!

I have tried many places in Chicago and Milwaukee. A lot of the times I wasn’t satisfied and I just expected it. Until I came across The World Hair Institute of Chicago. Their Cyber hair is awesome! If you try it, you will never go back to any other systems and the prices are awesome too. From start to finish they do a great job from butting in the new system, matching the system to my own hair and attaching it. Over the years they have given me a great service. Anything worth having has a price and looking good is no exception. But, when I did the math, I found that all of the money spent paying for my weekly visits to the salon: regular edge ups, relaxers and replacement hair was comparable to the fees paid upfront to World Hair Institute.
And, the trade-off is well worth it. The hair and the methods are longer lasting which equates to me spending more time doing the things that I want to do…more time for ME and less time sitting in a beauty salon. “Wig-extravaganza” had become a community event in my freshmen dorm room every two weeks to help me detach, wash, and reaffix my wig. As a college freshman who had lost every follicle of hair on my body the proceeding summer, I craved a wig that fit my lifestyle and a mentor to support me along the way. “Bitz and pieces,”, “Celebrity Wigs”; none of them had given me what I needed: a youthful and low maintenance wig, a nurturing and empathic vendor, and an ongoing hotline to support me through the seemingly endless twists and turns of my new life with a cranial prosthesis. Wig Extravaganzas were evidence that I had not yet found my “just right” wig. My search continued. I’ll never forget the sunny day I entered the “World Hair Institute” shop in Chicago, discovered through my Dad’s Internet prowess. Youthful and bright décor, a welcoming waiting area, rooms with privacy curtains, and the personal attention of Mette Menotti, the empathic owner whose business sense and personal hair loss experience made her my longed for mentor.
