World Hair Institute has really changed my life for the better. The Reprieve flap method has not only made me feel more confident in everyday life, but also made my life so much easier. Not only do all the employees do an amazing job for whatever task they take on they always are kind and honest…. which is appreciated from a outsiders prospective on all things haircare. The staff is all genuine, outgoing, kind, funny and fun. I look forward to coming in once a month and seeing the whole WHI team. My hairstylist, Al, always goes above and beyond to go the extra mile and make sure he’s not pulling my hair or “hurting” my scalp, gives me his honest opinion about different ideas I have relating to my hair and makes sure I’m beyond happy with it. Not only is he an amazing hair stylist, who as I told him earlier “whatever you think is best, I trust you 100%…….unless you suggested a bob”, but an amazing person whom I look forward to having thoughtful and interesting discussions with. I feel beyond lucky to have found such an amazing company with incredibly kind, friendly and beyond talented people!
